A empathic wordplay for Laurie's prompt  at Poetry Jam poetryjaam.blogspot.com to write about a refrigerator. I've spent the past week in 32 degree weather which is not my happy place.  Looking very forward to heading south tomorrow.  Warm wishes to everyone! :-)

  1. Ha, according to the weather we are having right now, 32 degrees would be a heat wave. I cannot wait for spring.

  2. I agree with you Sara. The cold does not embolden, if anything it makes me feel weaker unless I am costly indoors and do not need to go out.

    1. Hi Gabriella! Thank you for the empathy. It's nice to be cozy inside, for a little while, and then I want to be outside, but I won't go when it's cold :-)

    1. Hi Brian! Yes, I pretty much felt that way. My mom likes to turn the thermostat off at night, so I was a Popsicle in the morning!
