A little guest blogging today--My oldest son loves quotes--he showed this to me the other day and I thought it was something he'd gotten from the internet--then he told me he'd written it for a friend who was feeling down! Deletenice...your son is a wise one...was reading a thing on timelessness today on how all moments hold value....it is important we do not live in the past...we can not change it that is for sure....cool on your son!
ReplyDeleteHi Brian! When he was young I always felt like he was an old soul, the things he would say--now he's 23 and still impressing me with his thoughts--I like what you said "all moments hold value" nice :-)
DeleteLike mother, like son, Sara. Your son is wise beyond his years..... I don't think that I appreciated the 'present' as much when I was a young person as I do now; but it is obvious your son does. We definitely ARE lucky to have every moment of the present we have.
ReplyDeleteHi Mary!! I definitely did not appreciate the present when I was younger. Always looking at that spot on the horizon and what was coming next. I'm glad to know he has a better sense of appreciation than I did. Thank you so much for the compliment, though I can't take credit for his views, both of my boys are very much their own person :-)
